Uber Holiday Event
Boulder, CO
The Uber Holiday event was not your standard company holiday party. The client wanted a unique and relaxed environment. The venue used is called Studio Boulder that is a warehouse turned co-working and event space. From custom cocktails provided by Cocktail Caravan, a photo booth, food trucks and even a mobile axe throwing experience, this was an unforgettable event. Both the hosts and the guests were extremely happy with the way everything turned out, thanks to our services and all the excellent vendors we worked with.
JLL Data Governance Conference
San Diego, CA
The conference for the Data Governance Department of JLL was held in sunny San Diego, CA at the beautiful Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa. J2 Planning was responsible for all of the details of room reservations, catering, agenda, registration and logistics at the hotel. As well as, off-site dinners, team outings and entertainment. Every detail was covered allowing members to just show up and enjoy the conference by the bay!
